The Business Office is located in the Medical Arts Building, right next door to the hospital. Patients are welcome to come to the Business office to speak to a specialist between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

The Business Office processes billing to third party payers and private pay individuals. We have seven collectors who specialize in various insurance plans. Our main telephone number will prompt you to the correct collector for your particular insurance plan.

All collectors are fully trained and can assist you with any questions or problems you are having. We work with all uninsured patients offering screening for programs that may help with their bill, or discounts, and / or payment arrangements for people who may not qualify for our programs.
