All patients coming to our hospital for service begin in the Admitting or Emergency Department.
Our Emergency department strives to make the registration process speedy and convenient for all our patients. Upon presentation we will request your name, date of birth and social security number. We will also request a copy of your identification.
Once you have been seen by our Medical staff our access coordinator will visit with you and obtain all demographics, insurance information, and emergency contacts. We will request a copy of your current insurance card at this time.
If insurance is not available to you, we do offer self pay discounts and/or payment arrangements. If your physician has scheduled you for a procedure, please be assured that Spring Hill Regional Hospital is committed to making your stay with us as comfortable as possible. We will do everything possible to make sure that your upcoming stay with us is worry free.
We recommend you pre-register with our admitting department as soon as possible. Once we have all of your insurance and demographic information we will verify your benefits and contact you regarding your coverage and any co-pay or deductible that may be due.
