Chief Nursing Officer
Denise Barbera, BSN, MA has nearly 25 years of expertise in nursing management, most recently serving as chief nursing officer at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, FL.
She received her BS degree in Nursing from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY, and her MA in Organizational Development from the University of Phoenix in Plantation, FL. She is also a graduate of the Wharton Nursing Leadership Program of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Denise is focused on clinical excellence, and has served as a charge nurse in telemetry, director of clinical staff development, administrative nursing supervisor, director of skilled nursing, director of intensive care, administrative director of patient services as well as chief nursing officer.
